Blaine High School Center for Engineering, Mathematics and Science

 

This is a computerized gradebook that students and their parents can access to find grades, assignments, attendance, and graduation status.  Students will receive login information at school, and parents will receive login information in a letter from the school district.  If parents don't receive a letter or don't remember their login information, they can call the technology helpline Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM-4:00 PM at 763-506-HELP (4357).  The representative can reset the password or talk you through how to get into the system.

 

Students and families can use this program to identify a student's vocational skills and interests as well as explore colleges and universities, potential careers, and prepare for the ACT.  Students will also need to access this program to collect letters of recommendation from their teachers and send transcripts to colleges that they are interested in attending.  Students will receive a login at school, and parents can contact Stephanie Nibbe, our career counselor, to receive their own login. 

 

The Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a team of parents and staff who meet about once a month to discuss important issues in the Special Education Department of our school district.  While some parents choose to attend nearly every meeting, we also welcome those of you who just want to drop in on one meeting to see what it is all about, or to drop in whenever your schedule allows.

The Adults with Special Needs program (also known as "Project Power") provides specialized classes for adults with disabilities. Activities and classes offer educational, recreational and social activities for participants that practice life skills to increase independence, communication, and community integration.
