Welcome!!!Hello!!! My name is Matt Wilson and this is my fifth year at Blaine High School. I am very excited to do excellent work here in the Anoka Hennepin school district. This is my 6th year teaching and believe this year will be even better than the rest. I graduated Cum Laude from Augsburg College and currently reside in Champlin. I have a wonderful wife, Ali, and 6 1/2 yr. old twins, Aurelia and Elias who started kindergarten this year. I am a sports junkie and love spending time at our cabin up north of Nashwauk. I have worked in education for 11 years and have worked in various settings (DCD, SLD, EBD). I teach students with various disabilities, but I primarily teach Essential Math classes. I was born and raised in Plymouth, MN and attended the Robbinsdale Area Schools. I graduated in 2001 and continued on to play college baseball at Neosho County College (KS) and Pittsburg State University (KS). My passion is about our youth getting the knowledge and skills to be successful in our ever changing society.
