Blaine High School Center for Engineering, Mathematics and Science

I have been teaching and coaching in the Anoka-Hennepin School District for twenty years. Originally from Somerset, WI, I moved to Minnesota after marrying my husband, Jason, a Coon Rapids High School graduate. We have two daughters, Ella and Lilah, as well as some pets to keep us busy.

I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Marketing from Northwoods Technical College – New Richmond and worked in Sales and Marketing before completing my Bachelor’s in Business and Marketing Education with a minor in Business Administration from UW-Stout. After six years of teaching, I earned my Master’s in Education from Saint Mary’s University.

At Blaine High School, I teach in the Business and Marketing and CEMS departments. I also serve as the Business Internship Coordinator, School Store Advisor, and BPA Advisor. Additionally, I am the Curriculum Specialist Teacher (CST) for the district’s Business and Marketing Department.
