Veterans Day 2024 Assembly Information
(10/28/2024) Military veterans and the larger community are invited to attend the annual Veterans Day Assembly, Monday, Nov. 11 from 7:40 to 8:25 a.m. Veterans are invited to share a service photograph to be included in a slide show as part of the assembly.

Anoka High School online ticketing for athletics and activities events
(08/08/2024) New this school year, Anoka High School has partnered with GoFan for mobile ticketing for athletic events. Fans can purchase tickets online through their respective school’s GoFan page, the GoFan App or by presenting a card or mobile payment option at the ticket gate.

It's more than just free meals! Apply for educational benefits for the 2024-25 school year
(07/26/2024) All Anoka-Hennepin families are encouraged to apply for the educational benefits program for the 2024-25 school year. A new application must be submitted each school year. The enrollment window for the 2024-25 school year begins Aug. 1, 2024.

Students honor Martin Luther King, Jr. Day with “We Have a Dream” wall
(01/12/2024) To honor and recognize Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., students at Anoka High School (AHS) created a “We Have a Dream” wall in the entryway of the school. Students posted quotes and photos of Dr. King, while also adding some of their own dreams to the wall.

Weather conditions impact schedules for Thursday, Dec. 19, 2024; afternoon transportation schedules modified
(12/19/2024) Due to predicted weather and road conditions impacting travel throughout the afternoon and early evening hours, the district is modifying afternoon schedules for the safety of students and staff.

School Board approves property tax levy with 1.20% reduction for 2025
(12/11/2024) The Anoka-Hennepin School Board approved a 1.20% reduction in the school portion of the property tax levy for 2025 following their annual truth-in-taxation public hearing at their Monday, Dec. 9 School Board meeting.
