    FRIDAY, May 23rd: ANOKA TEAM ONLY JV TIME TRIAL

    Events begin at 3:10. Wear full uniforms.

    Field events: Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, and Discus

    Running events (in order): 1600m run, 100 hurdles, 110 hurdles, 100m dash, 800m dash, 300 hurdles, 200m dash

    Description of Activity:

    • Meeting Times and Places:  Practice after school in the fieldhouse or on the track
    • Length and Timing of Season:  March through early June

    • Equipment required:  athletic clothing (appropriate for the weather) & running shoes
    • Description:  Anybody is welcome to take part in the competitive world of Track and Field. If you enjoy running, jumping, throwing or vaulting feel free to become a member of the Anoka Track and Field Team. Everybody is welcome!
