Welcome to the 2016-2017 school year!
This is my 30th year of teaching mathematics at Anoka High School. It’s a great place to work and to go to school.
During this school year, I’ll be teaching Geometry, Intermediate Algebra and College Algebra with Modeling (a College in the Schools course).
I was recently elected as a member of the Board of Directors of our national professional organization, the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics. This is a three-year term that I will hold until April, 2017. I am honored and excited to serve in this position.
My wife, Meg, teaches 2nd grade. We have two daughters, Tara (AHS graduate in 2006) and Erin (AHS graduate in 2008). In my spare time, I enjoy running, reading and traveling.
I’m looking forward to a great school year in 2016-2017!
