  • 2026-27 course selection

There are two steps that students need to take for the process to make meaningful decisions on what courses to select to best fit your goals and interests. Some core courses have already been selected for you based on Anoka-Hennepin graduation requirements, but many electives have not. It is important that students take some time to see what your interests are and then select those courses that support your interests.

    • Step 1: Plan to attend the Curriculum Exploration Event on January 7 from 2:50 p.m. to 6:50 p.m.
Students and Parents/Guardians will be able to meet with Anoka High School teachers who have taught the courses to ask questions about learning outcomes and content covered in those courses. Students may also review the 2026-27 Registration Guide.

    • Step 2: Students will complete their online course selection for the 2026-27 school year between Jan. 5-11, 2026. If you have questions, please contact your school counselor. More information will be sent to families in the Anoka High School e-newsletter sent Jan. 2, 2026.
