Butlerbots Schedule for March 10,000 Lakes Regional Event-Williams Arena(UM) March 27-28, 2020
PLEASE COME AND ENJOY, IT IS AWESOME FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY - FREE!- FRC Regional Event (Williams Arena-10,000 Lakes)- March 25-28th
- 3/25 Wednesday (This is NOT a competiton day, it is a Load-in day). Only 4 additional Team members(per regulations) will be selected to transport the robot/gear to Williams arena, unload in the pits and leave.

3/26 Thursday (This is NOT a competiton day, it is a build/testing day for teams) – students arrive at school and meet in E100 at 7:35am, leave school at 7:45am via carpool. A parent permission slips will determine drivers/riders.
-6-8 pm the team will be Leaving Williams arena to return to school. Students will need to make contact with rides for pickup at school upon leaving Williams arena.

3/27 Friday (This IS a competition day)– students arrive at school and meet in E100 by 7:15am, leave school at 7:20am via carpool. A parent permission slips will determine drivers/riders.
-6:30 pm the team will be Leaving Williams arena to return to school. Students will need to make contact with rides for pickup at school upon leaving Williams arena.

3/28 Saturday (This IS a competition day)- students arrive at school at 7:00am, leave school at 7:10am via carpool. A parent permission slips will determine drivers/riders.
-1-6:30pm the team will be Leaving Williams arena to return to school. This is a large time frame for qualifications/finals determine the actual time. Students will need to make contact with rides for pickup at school upon leaving Williams arena.
- Food: As done in previous years, their fundraising efforts provided a $6/person stipend for lunch and the same for dinner (usually pizza as a group or something similar within walking distance of the venue). The students are expected to be/stay with "The Group" unless written permission from a parent is given. They are welcome to purchase additional food on their own if they choose but they are strictly not allowed to bring into the venue food or beverages. (bags are searched). An empty waterbottle is allowed.
