Andover High School educator named 2025 Minnesota History Teacher of the Year
(09/12/2025) Andover High School educator Gracia Elrick Cooper was recently named the 2025 Minnesota History Teacher of the Year by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History. Since 2004, this distinguished award has recognized exceptional K–12 educators for their remarkable work in teaching American history.

Varsity Football start times set for 7 p.m.
(09/03/2025) Varsity home football games will begin at 7 p.m. for the remainder of the 2025 football season following school board direction. This includes home games for all schools in Anoka-Hennepin: Andover, Anoka, Blaine, Champlin Park and Coon Rapids.

Andover High School online ticketing for athletics and activities events
(08/26/2025) Andover High School has partnered with GoFan for mobile ticketing for athletic events. Fans can purchase tickets online through their respective school’s GoFan page, the GoFan App or by presenting a card or mobile payment option at the ticket gate.

(10/24/2025) Anoka-Hennepin Schools is excited to launch a new employee recruitment website on Monday, Oct. 27. The new recruitment site is a part of a larger website redesign project that includes new district and school websites, planned to debut in December 2025.
