Oak View Middle School

I have been teaching English/Language Arts for 22 years, 18 of those years have been here in the Anoka-Hennepin district.  Much of my career has centered around middle school teaching, mainly 7th and 8th grade English.   I graduated from Mankato State University and have my Master's Degree from Winona State University.  I am pursuing an additional license right now through the University of St. Mary's-Twin Cities Campus.

 

I have three beautiful, funny lively children:  Keegan Michael (9), Maren Vada (6), and Kieran Hagar (3 1/2). We also have a sheltie named Ollie. He is almost 2. 

I love to run, read, and shop in ALL of my spare time..which is very little... See above description of family-ha!
