Finding Books in World Languages

Borrow books from across all Anoka Hennepin School Libraries in over 50 languages. 

Log into Destiny - the Library Search Catalog

1. Visit  https://bit.ly/destinyworldlink  

2. In the top right corner, click Log in. 

3. Use the username: anoka
    password: anoka remote

Search for Books

• In the drop-down menu, choose Title.
• Search by title for the language you want. 
• This will include books with the language in the title, as well as books written in the language.

• To get only books in the language, choose Subject in the drop-down menu.
• Search for "AH World - Language" where Language is the language you want. 
• You can also click on the links below to visit the languages after you have logged in to Destiny with the directions above.

Explore the Books

• Explore the books. The language is listed at the end of the title in parenthesis. 

Request a Book

• When you find a book, write down the title.
• Bring the title to your school Library Media Specialist. 
• Your Library Media Specialist will request the book from the other Library.

• Log into Destiny with steps 1–3 from above.
• Then, you can click on these links to bring you right to the language lists.
• The number is about how many books are available for each language.
