• Students in 6th grade Minnesota Studies will learn the development and history of Minnesota through the multiple perspectives of its people.  Students will study the concepts of civics, economics, geography, and history and how each of these concepts together work to influence our lives in Minnesota today.

    Unit 8- Boom, Bust, and Conflicts

    *describe how Minnesota's culture changed during WWI
    *describe how Minnesota's culture changed during the 1920's
    *describe the Great Depression and the New Deal and its impact on Minnesota
