• Welcome!!

A little about me...I grew up near Appleton, WI and after graduating from high school found my way to St. Olaf College where I majored in Economics and Social Studies.  Shortly after, I worked as para professional in SPPS while earning a Masters in Teaching from the University of St. Thomas.  From there I was fortunate to teach Social Studies at Coon Rapids Middle School for 9 years.  I was also on the coaching staff for the girl's soccer and lacrosse programs at CRHS for a number of years.  I spent 2 years in Milwaukee teaching Social Studies at Cudahy Middle School and served as the head varsity coach for boy's and girl's tennis.  After a couple years away, my wife, Jenny, and I were happy to move back to MN.  A month after moving back we became proud and happy parents to our son, Lincoln.  We love to travel, go on outdoor adventures, play and watch all sorts of sports, read, cook and spend time with family and friends.  I am glad to be a part of the BHS Social Studies department and contribute to the larger BHS community.  I look forward to meeting you all!

Thank you for all you do to support your student's education.  I am excited to have your child and do whatever I can to help them be successful.
