    My name is Russ Sullivan.  I live in the city of Coon Rapids.  I spent 7 years in the Navy after after graduating from high school (Canon City Colorado).  While in the Navy I was stationed in Japan for 2 year, 2 years in Virginia, and 3 in Corpus Christi Texas.  I was also in Desert Storm and Shield.  After getting out of the Navy I moved to Minnesota and attended college at Rochester Community College and received my AA degree, then transferred to Winona State University and received a Bachelors Degree in Physical Education.  After moving to the Twin Cities area I attended Bethel University for a Master/Certification in Special Education (EBD and LD)
