- Graduate Spotlight: Blaine High School graduate’s inspiring path to leadership
  (07/15/2025) Bethany Brunsell, a 1994 graduate of Blaine High School (BHS), was named the first female fire chief for the City of Golden Valley in March 2024, becoming one of just three female fire chiefs in the state.
- Andover and Champlin Park high school seniors named College-sponsored National Merit Scholarship winners
  (07/15/2025) Andover High School (AndHS) graduate Jaxon Knutson and Champlin Park High School - International Baccalaureate Programme (CPHS) graduate Noah Johnson have earned College-sponsored National Merit Scholarships financed by U.S. colleges and universities, the National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC®) announced July 14.
- Anoka-Hennepin School Board seats up for election, filing period opens July 29
  (07/14/2025) Three seats will be up for election November 4 – districts three, four and six. Community members living within those districts who are interested in serving on the board must file for election between July 29 and August 12 by 5 p.m. Members serve four-year terms.
- School board approves 2025-26 budget
  (07/02/2025) The Anoka-Hennepin School Board approved the 2025-26 district budget at its regular meeting on Monday, June 23 on a 4-2 vote. Budget approval means the district will maintain operations and all actions necessary to prepare for the 2025-26 school year.
