Private events
Roosevelt Community Pool in Blaine is available to rent for private events, including:
- Birthday parties
- Scout meetings
- Athletic team functions
- Family reunions
- and more!

Pool rental rates
Pool rental rates typically range from $115 - $125 per hour:
- B/C - Government Organizations and Local Youth Organizations/Non-profits designated by Anoka Hennepin Schools rental policies
- Hourly rate - $115 per hour
- Up to 50 total swimmers allowed in the pool
- D/E - Local adult organizations/non-profits designated by Anoka Hennepin Schools rental policies
- Hourly rate - $125 per hour
- Up to 50 total swimmers allowed in the pool
Price includes:
- Swimming pool usage
- Pool supervisor
- Noodles, basketballs, diving rings, etc.
- Two American Red Cross certified lifeguards
- If requests are for more than 50 swimmers, the following will be added - for each additional 1-25 swimmers an extra lifeguard will be added for an extra fee of $25 per hour.
- Up to 75 swimmers = 3 lifeguards
- Up to 100 swimmers = 4 lifeguards
Please note: rentals are typically scheduled in two hour increments.

Rental rules
- You may access the pool facility locker rooms 5 minutes prior to the start of your rental. The pool usage time will start at the beginning of the rental time.
- The lifeguards will clear the pool five minutes prior to the end of your rental period. All rental participants must be out of the facility ten minutes after the rental. Additional fees may be added to the rental agreement if needed.
- Rentals must be booked two weeks in advance and are subject to staffing availability.
- If you cancel your rental less than five business days prior to your date, you are responsible for full payment.
- If your rental is cancelled by our facility for any reason, a full refund will be given.
- Renters must okay any food and beverages being brought into the facility with the scheduler and are responsible for any clean-up.
- Lifejackets are available by request and must stay in the shallow end.
- A swim test will be conducted for anyone wanting to swim in the deep end.
- No flotation devices are allowed in the deep end (noodles, lifejackets, etc).
- All rental groups are expected to comply with school district facility use policies when on school grounds. The detailed policies are listed on the Anoka-Hennpin Schools website. School buildings and grounds are free of drugs, alcohol, tobacco and weapons. Gambling is not allowed.
- Rental groups are expected to leave the space in the same condition it was prior to use. All rental groups are responsible for damages and additional custodial or clean-up expenses, if needed.
- Groups require supervision by adults, who are responsible for the behavior and compliance of rules and policies. School building security staff are on-site to coordinate groups and monitor activities.
- Groups are invoiced monthly via email and payment is due upon receipt. In some cases, groups may be required to pre-pay.
- Weather - If school buildings are closed due to inclement weather, all activities are cancelled. Check with local news outlets or the Anoka-Hennepin School District website for additional details.

Long-term use
Organizations looking for long-term use of a community pool may consider a rental contract for Anoka-Hennepin Schools district pools. Availability for pools will be determined by school usage.
