    Ms. Halsey teaches Career and Technical Education Courses. 
    Halsey earned her BS Degree from St. Cloud State University  in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a Master's of Education Degree from Hamline University. She completed her Work Experience Certification from the University of Minnesota. Halsey holds certifications in Elementary Education, grades 1-6 and Learning Disabilities, grades 1-12.
