• History and pride were on full display during a special on-field ceremony during halftime of the Tornadoes Homecoming football game at historic Goodrich Field on Sept. 26 with the induction of five new members to the Anoka High School Tornadoes Hall of Fame.

The five-member class of 2025 includes a school administrator who served during a significant time in school history, twin brothers who excelled at soccer at Anoka and also professionally, a basketball and soccer standout who earned the title of national player of the year in college, and a high school state champion who served as an inspiration for others by staying optimistic while battling cancer.

With the five new members, total membership in the Tornadoes Hall of Fame is now at 60 members in the 153-year history of the school. The class of 2005 is the seventh class of members inducted.
