The Anoka High School STEAM Certification Pathway is part of the Northwest Suburban Integration School District.

There are 7 districts that are members of NWSISD. They are:

    • Anoka-Hennepin School District #11
    • Brooklyn Center Community Schools #286
    • Buffalo-Hannover-Montrose Schools #877
    • ISD 728- Elk River | Otsego | Rogers | Zimmerman
    • Fridley Public Schools #14
    • Osseo Area Schools #279
    • Rockford Area School #883

If your home is in one of these 7 districts and you are interested in the STEAM Certification Pathway, you will need to apply at nws.k12.mn.us.

*Families who are already in the attendance area for Anoka High School STILL need to apply to the STEAM Certification Pathway specifically.

All families who live in one of these 7 districts can receive transportation through the district or through NWSISD. If the student does not live in the AHS attendance area and drops the STEAM Certification Pathway, they will lose busing and will be expected to return to their home school.

If you do not live in one of these 7 districts and you are interested in the STEAM Certification Pathway, please contact the STEAM Coordinator, Jill Luoma-Overstreet, at ahs.STEAM@ahschools.us. You will not be able to apply through NWSISD.
